The Job in a Nutshell💡

You'll build the customer-facing ordering apps that thousands of restaurants across the region put in front of their guests. It's a white-label Flutter codebase: one app, many brands, running on everything from flagship iPhones to low-end Android devices on patchy networks. You'll own features end to end — from shaping the approach with product and design through release, monitoring, and iteration.

What Will You Do❓

• Design and ship features in a large production Flutter codebase used by real customers daily
• Own architecture decisions in your area: state management, modularization, data layer, and how new code fits what's already there
• Work closely with backend engineers on API contracts, and with product and design on what's actually worth building
• Keep quality high through code review, automated tests, and CI/CD — you care that the pipeline is fast and trustworthy
• Watch what happens after release: crash rates, performance, funnel drop-off, and act on what the data shows
• Handle the hard parts of consumer apps — payments, deep links, push, offline behavior, app store releases
• Mentor mid-level engineers and raise the bar on the team's engineering practices

What Are We Looking For❓

• 5+ years building and shipping mobile applications, with 3+ years focused on Flutter/Dart in production
• Strong grasp of Flutter internals: widget lifecycle, rendering, rebuild behavior, and how to diagnose jank
• Experience with a structured architecture (Clean Architecture, layered, or similar) and a considered approach to state management (BLoC, Riverpod, Provider — we care more about your reasoning than the library)
• Comfortable with dependency injection, repository patterns, and writing code that's testable by design
• Solid testing habits: unit, widget, and integration tests
• Experience with native platform integration when Flutter isn't enough — platform channels, native SDKs, iOS and Android build configuration
• You've shipped to the App Store and Play Store and know what goes wrong there
• Good communication in English; comfortable writing things down

Nice to have

• Multi-tenant or white-label app delivery (flavors, dynamic theming, per-brand configuration)
• Performance work on low-end Android and offline-first design
• Observability tooling — Datadog, Sentry, Firebase, or product analytics like Mixpanel
• Prior experience in food tech, e-commerce, or another high-volume consumer product
