· Partner with RODs and local facility leadership to secure clinic Governing Body (GB) approvals and local Medical Director alignment for provider rounding.
Frontline Pod Throughput & Capacity Management:
· Support operational throughput to achieve and maintain the target benchmark of 10 daily completed patient encounters per NP pod (encompassing CHEs, Initial visits, E&M visits, TCMs, and CCM execution).
· Continuously evaluate and iterate on NP and CC on chairside rounding schedules, travel efficiency across 5–7 clinic clusters, and provider administrative buffer times. Provide feedback to the Model of Care Director.
· Partner with local teams to achieve and maintain panel density targets (~230 patients per pod).
· Collaborate with 3rd-party medical scribe vendors to establish standardized pre-encounter chart preparation workflows and clinician documentation support.
Cross-Functional Market Matrix Governance:
· Sits matrixed alongside IKC Ops VPs and Market Directors to support pilot rollout and provide differential support to underperforming pods.
· Lead recurring Weekly Pod Operational Reviews with NPMs and ROSs to review throughput metrics, scheduling queues, and enrollment pacing.
· Conduct bi-weekly pod 1:1 syncs with frontline clinicians and operational managers to surface bottlenecks, monitor teammate workload, and prevent meeting/rounding fatigue.
Differential Coaching & Performance Turnaround:
· In alignment with the shared accountability model, provide targeted operational coaching and differential intervention to underperforming or struggling pods.
· Analyze operational scorecards, schedule utilization, no-show rates, and patient drop-off trends to implement rapid corrective action plans.
Data Tracking:
· Collaborate with Gemini/Analytics to deliver automated, standardized operational dashboards to market leaders.
· Review scorecards regularly and respond to underperformance with updated processes and operational workflows.
Required Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s degree / MHA / MBA strongly preferred).
