- Own lifecycle programs across acquisition, nurture, customer engagement, retention, and expansion, using behavioral signals and segmentation to move customers and prospects to the next best action.
- Allocate the digital budget across channels and programs based on pipeline and bookings, and move spend when the data says to.
- Hands-on optimization of new programs, channels, and creative.
- Direct the media agency as its strategic owner. Set priorities, manage scope, and run quarterly business reviews.
- Build scalable digital and ABM playbooks that can be deployed across segments, regions, strategic accounts, and solution campaigns.
- Measurement, budget, and team
- Track full-funnel performance from first engagement to closed-won ARR, sharing insights with campaign owners and marketing leadership.
- Perform post-mortems on closed-won and closed-lost pipeline to reallocate spend and sharpen playbooks.
- Manage financial forecasting, pacing, and reconciliation with Finance.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team spanning paid media, lifecycle, and digital campaign execution. Establish clear ownership and expectations, build analytical and strategic capability, manage performance, and develop leaders who can operate with increasing autonomy and accountability.
- Continuously improve the growth operating model, including intake, prioritization, measurement, agency workflows, and cross-functional decision rights.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B demand generation, growth, or digital marketing, including 6+ years leading and developing teams, including experienced marketers and people managers.
- Proven track record managing 7-figure digital media budgets across search, social, programmatic, partners, and video, delivering measurable ROI.
- Demonstrated ability to measure digital pipeline contribution in the CRM beyond platform reporting, using multi-touch attribution or incrementality testing.
- Experience managing and scaling a media agency relationship that delivers results.

- Experience owning or materially influencing lifecycle programs across acquisition, nurture, retention, and expansion.
