Curvion is a high performance RevOps & sales augmentation agency that installs and deploys enterprise-grade, AI-driven revenue engines and selling systems for our clients.
Think of a lead generation based marketing agency... but focused on sales.
We design and install complete sales systems from sales processes and GTM strategy to CRM setup, all the way to fully outsourced sales engagements. Then we put AI-enabled tools, battle-tested playbooks, and trained sales talent behind those systems to help our clients generate revenue faster, operate more efficiently, and scale with greater consistency, clarity, and control.
Put simply, we build the infrastructure and systems that make sales work better.
Position Overview
What the heck is a Data & Analytics Engineer, right?!
Think of it as the architect, builder, and strategist of our sales data universe, all rolled into one.
This role is the nerve center of Curvion’s reporting ecosystem, making sure every number, metric, and trend we rely on is accurate, trustworthy, and actionable.
You’ll build and optimize data infrastructure in BigQuery, fine-tune ETL/ELT processes, design dashboards in Looker Studio, and ensure our sales leaders have clear, reliable data to guide decisions.
In short, you’re the person who makes the data magic happen so our teams can operate smarter, close more deals, and scale faster.
If you love clean data, efficient workflows, solving complex data problems, and turning raw numbers into actionable insights, you’re going to thrive here.
You SHOULD Apply to This Role If:
You’re fluent in SQL and genuinely enjoy query optimization
You have strong Python skills and understand how to use it to solve real data problems
You love taking messy, scattered data and making it reliable and usable
You can build dashboards that make complex information easy for sales leaders to understand
You enjoy building pipelines and workflows that work reliably and efficiently
You can spot a reporting anomaly from a mile away
You’re obsessed with accuracy, data integrity, and efficiency
You naturally investigate the root cause when something doesn’t look right
You get fired up about eliminating manual reporting processes
You want to directly impact revenue without having to jump on sales calls
You’re comfortable working independently while still collaborating closely with a high-energy team
You believe sales data should drive decisions, not just look pretty
You SHOULD NOT Apply to This Role If:
Complex SQL queries or data warehouses make you want to run for the hills
You get bored managing and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines
You think “good enough” is an acceptable standard for reporting accuracy
You don’t enjoy solving data puzzles or tracking down inconsistencies
You’re resistant to learning new tools, systems, or automation methods
You’d rather eyeball data than thoroughly audit it
You’re not interested in supporting a high-performance sales environment
You prefer slow-paced environments with minimal change
You think dashboards are a “nice to have” instead of a critical business tool
You still believe spreadsheets should be the primary reporting system
You eat your pizza with ranch... may be flexible on this one
General Expected Duties:
Design, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow into BigQuery
Monitor, audit, and troubleshoot datasets to maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Build, maintain, and improve Looker Studio dashboards and reporting
Optimize reporting performan
