🚀 ABOUT TUBESCIENCE
We're a creative strategy and production company building high-performing video ads for DTC and e-commerce brands. We combine data, direct-response principles and creative craft to help clients scale profitably on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, CTV and beyond. We move fast and ship a lot of creative, so quality control can't be a bottleneck, and it can't be the place where mistakes slip through.
💡 THE ROLE
As the Digital Ad Quality Analyst, you're the last set of eyes before an ad reaches the client. You'll review completed video and static ads to ensure they meet technical specifications, client requirements, and brand guidelines — flagging errors, inconsistencies, and compliance issues before delivery.
You'll also help build the future of QC. We're developing an AI-assisted QC system, and you'll be one of the people teaching it: spotting where it gets things wrong, feeding it better data, and keeping the reference materials it relies on accurate.
🎬 WHAT YOU'LL DO
Ad Quality Review
- Review short-form video and static image ads for errors in copy, visuals, audio, and graphics
- Assess and document issues by type and severity
- Verify final assets meet platform specs, client requirements, and brand/legal guidelines
AI QC System Support
- Identify patterns in AI checker output, flagging false positives and false negatives
- Provide structured feedback and training data to improve system accuracy
Brand & Legal Maintenance
- Keep client-specific legal disclaimers current within the QC system
- Flag inconsistencies or gaps in existing brand and legal reference materials
🧬 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ year of experience in QC, proofreading or a similar review role
- Excellent English fluency: grammar and spelling mistakes jump out at you
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An accurate, methodical approach to QC, with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize across a high volume of work
- You enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Comfort with digital communication platforms and a range of computer applications
➕ NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with project management and media review tools (e.g., Monday.com, Frame.io)
- Interest in emerging AI technologies and how they apply to creative workflows
