- Direct cross-functional resources and subject matter experts across business and technical teams to execute work, resolve dependencies, and deliver project outcomes.
- Monitor progress, risks, issues, and performance deviations; drive resolution and escalate complex matters to senior leadership when needed.
- Develop and execute stakeholder communication and engagement plans, facilitate project meetings, and maintain accurate documentation and status reporting using standard PMCoE processes and templates.
- Partner with change management leaders to prepare end users, align workflows, deliver training, support adoption, and ensure the operational handover of project deliverables at project closure.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMCoE capabilities, standards, and practices.
Note: The Ideal candidate will reside close to an Agilent office location or be a Western U.S.-based candidate in one of the following states such as WA, OR, NV, AZ, ID, UT, or CO, with the ability to work Pacific Time Zone hours and collaborate regularly with leaders and teams across the Pacific Time Zone.
