O(a) Analista de DevOps Pleno será focado em implementar e sustentar as automações junto aos times de Desenvolvimento e Devops, focado na melhoria das aplicações e implantação dos microsserviços, abrangendo também sua monitoração e observabilidade (APM). O candidato deve possuir conhecimento/vivência em infraestrutura em nuvem e automação de processos. Essa é uma posição 100% remota, reportando diretamente ao Head de DevOps.
Responsabilidades:
- Atuação direta com o time de Desenvolvimento (junto ao SRE) afim de colaborar com o planejamento/execução dos deploys das aplicações em hml e prod.
- Definir e implementar estratégias de DevOps alinhadas com as metas de negócio.
- Garantir alta disponibilidade, segurança e escalabilidade dos sistemas.
- Desenvolver e gerenciar pipelines de CI/CD para otimizar a entrega de software.
- Definir e monitorar métricas de desempenho (SLAs, SLOs, SLIs) para melhoria contínua dos serviços.
- Atuar em conjunto a equipe de DevOps e SRE, promovendo seu desenvolvimento profissional e processo de Knowledge Transfer junto ao time.
- Trabalhar em colaboração com times de desenvolvimento e operações para impulsionar uma cultura DevOps.
Requisitos e Qualificações:
- 3 a 5 anos de experiência como DevOps, com histórico de gerenciamento em ambientes de grande escala.
- Experiência avançada com automação de infraestrutura e pipelines CI/CD em larga escala.
- Proficiência em Kubernetes e Containers com experiência em Orquestração e Gestão de Aplicações distribuídas e arquitetura baseada em Microsserviços.
- Conhecimento em Cloud Computing e Integração de Infraestrutura como Código (IAC/Terraform).
- Proficiência em Monitoração e Observabilidade e resiliência de sistemas complexos.
- Senso de cultura organizacional e promoção a adoção de práticas Devops e metodologias Agile.
- Excelente gestão de crises e otimização de processos complexos.
