As an SME Manager, you are responsible for developing and maintaining a high level of product expertise in order to support sales teams, assist customers, drive adoption of new features, and represent the voice of users to Product teams.
This role combines leadership of an international team with strong hands-on involvement in presales activities, training, product development, and strategic initiatives.
Your main responsabilities :
Beyond your Team Management and Customer Enablement & Training responsibilities, you will play a key role in:
➡️ Product Expertise
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Orbit Intelligence.
- Test new features before release and communicate them to the team.
- Understand technology trends and customer use cases.
- Identify product improvement opportunities.
- Monitor competitors and maintain the shared competitive intelligence platform.
➡️ Sales Support
- Deliver advanced product demonstrations for strategic prospects.
- Support sales teams on complex opportunities.
- Respond to technical questionnaires and RFPs.
- Advise commercial teams on optimal product positioning.
➡️ Collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Team
- Contribute to the creation of marketing content.
- Produce customer case studies.
- Prepare product presentations, including Tips & Tricks sessions and prospect webinars.
- Contribute to customer newsletters and events.
➡️ Collaboration with the IPBI Product Team:
- Collect feedback from customers and sales teams.
- Prioritize enhancement requests.
- Work closely with Product Owners to improve the product.
- Represent user needs and requirements.
- Participate in Co-Development (CODEV) initiatives.
- Analyze and share technical reasons behind lost business opportunities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across international and cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution.
