Position Overview

The Project Integration Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial performance metrics associated with the scope of work for the HMIS contract at the Richland, Washington site.


Major Activities (Typical Duties/Responsibilities)

  • Drive cross-functional integration across business operations, ensuring successful project execution and outcomes
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to enhance financial planning and optimize business processes
  • Assist in the creation of, and manage budgets
  • Monitor project financial performance
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues that could affect timelines or financial outcomes
  • Document project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership
  • Remain independent to the execution functions to ensure the integrity of planning and monitoring and control functions
  • Act as point of contact on project controls
  • Collaborate with the OSC TS contracts organization to maintain fiscally sound execution
  • Coordinate with Program Manager, Directors, and functional leads across corporate orgs (Finance, Accounting, Contracts, etc)

  • Demonstrate the ability to develop, manage, and monitor budgets to achieve financial objectives.

  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety and quality.


Physical Abilities

  • Sufficient fine motor skills for the use of computers, calculators with an ability to withstand repetitive keyboarding for extended periods of time.
  • Visual and communications ability adequate to perform the essential functions of the job.
  • Ability to kneel, bend and twist at the waist on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to reach below shoulder height with regular frequency (desk position) and at or above shoulder height on occasion.
  • Ability to push, pull, carry, and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds on a regular basis, and greater weights on an occasional basis.
  • Ability to travel by vehicle or aircraft, and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
  • Must have identification compliant with the Real ID Act at time of hire.
  • Must be able to obtain Department of Energy access badge.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Project controls processes and project management software experience 


Pay Range: $98,706.00 - $148,115.00
