About the Role
RPMGlobal (RPM) is seeking full-stack Software Engineers to join our development team and help build the software platforms that power high-precision spatial data processing, visualisation, and analysis for some of the world’s largest and most complex mining operations.
You will work across the stack, from modern web applications and interactive 2D/3D experiences to APIs, and distributed backend services, and cloud and edge systems, operating directly at mine sites.
These roles are ideal for experienced software engineers who enjoy solving complex technical problems and building reliable products that connect geospatial data, AI, computer vision, and real-world operations.
These are full-time roles, and while they are remote, candidates must be based in Guadalajara.
To be considered for this role, please submit your application in English.

- Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, algorithms, performance optimisation, and automated testing.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Experience debugging, profiling and operating production applications, including logging, metrics and error monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical judgment and ownership, with the ability to work effectively on complex or ambiguous problems.
