Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Lifecycle / Marketing Automation Specialist with a strong AI-first mindset.
This role is about running classic lifecycle marketing (activation, conversion, retention, monetization), and executing it faster and smarter using AI tooling.
If you enjoy experimenting, building, and pushing marketing automation beyond standard CRM capabilities - this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute conversion and retention campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels
- Write high-quality copy adapted to different lifecycle stages and user segments
- Build and maintain automated customer journeys and behavioral triggers (activation, engagement, reactivation, promo flows)
- Run continuous A/B tests (messages, formats, mechanics, timing)
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance using product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
Requirements
Key Skills Required:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Automation or Lifecycle Marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer journey and lifecycle marketing.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Solid experience with A/B testing
- Hands-on experience with automation / CRM platforms (Blueshift, Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, or similar).
- Experience working with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.).
- Experience with in-app communication: push notifications, in-app messages, inboxes, modals.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Experience with dynamic content and personalization at scale.

Additional Skills Preferred:
Experience in fintech, crypto, or forex products.
