Your Mission
As a UX Designer/Researcher, you will:
Work with teams to define design requirements for digital products
Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications, and other UX design deliverables
Plan and conduct user research using various methodologies (usability testing, interviews, surveys)
Create user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps based on research insights
Design intuitive interfaces through interactive prototypes
Analyze research data to extract meaningful patterns and actionable insights
Collaborate with product, engineers, designers, and other multidisciplinary team members
Own design problems end to end, from research and initial concept through shipping and beyond
Translate business requirements into research questions and design solutions
Advocate for user-centered design decisions across the organization
Identify opportunities, working as a key thought partner
Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our experiences meet or exceed current market standards.
Requirements
Experience in designing successful digital products and services
Experience in planning and conducting user research studies
Strong analytical skills with ability to identify patterns and insights from data
Digital Product Design Tools: Figma
Prototyping Tools: Figma
Experience with research tools (UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, etc.)
Solid understanding of modern user research strategies and techniques
Ability to solve business challenges with user-centered design solutions
Excellent communication skills to present findings and influence decisions
Fluent in English
Desired Skills
Visual and interface design capabilities
Information design knowledge
Experience with remote and in-person research techniques
Strong storytelling and design presentation skills
Documentation for development handoff
Workshop facilitation experience
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive research practices
Familiarity with quantitative analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
Experience conducting international research across different cultures
Background in psychology, human-computer interaction, or related field
Ability to mentor others in research and design methodologies
Experience with generative AI tools to enhance design and research processes
