Our client is a B2B performance marketing consultancy that partners with organizations to accelerate growth through data-driven paid media strategies. They specialize in managing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing channels, helping clients generate qualified meetings, sales pipeline, and measurable revenue. As the consultancy continues to expand, they are seeking a PPC Specialist to support campaign execution, optimization, client communication, and performance reporting across multiple B2B accounts.
Role OverviewThe Mid-Junior PPC Specialist will be responsible for executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across multiple B2B client accounts. The Mid-Junior PPC Specialist will manage campaign pacing, budgets, bidding strategies, performance reporting, creative coordination, and client communication while collaborating closely with internal teams to maximize campaign performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on campaign management, data analysis, client-facing responsibilities, and growing into ownership of multiple strategic accounts.

Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Campaign Management
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, bids, performance, and delivery.
Launch new campaigns based on client strategy and business objectives.
Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies.
Pause, optimize, or scale campaigns based on performance data.
Support paid media efforts across Bing Ads when needed.
Performance Reporting & Analytics
Update client reporting dashboards on a weekly basis.
Review campaign performance across top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel metrics.
Analyze paid media performance against qualified meetings, pipeline, and revenue.
Pull reporting from HubSpot and Salesforce.
Identify reporting inconsistencies and investigate data discrepancies.
Translate campaign performance into actionable recommendations and next steps.
Client Account Management
Participate in weekly client meetings and performance discussions.
Prepare meeting agendas, insights, and recommended action items.
Track and complete follow-up tasks from client meetings.
Communicate professionally with clients through Slack, meetings, and project management tools.
Proactively recommend campaign improvements and optimization opportunities.
Gradually assume greater ownership of client accounts over time.
Creative & Campaign Coordination
Write and refine ad copy for paid media campaigns.
Develop creative briefs for designers.
Review creative assets and provide constructive feedback.
Coordinate campaign assets and ensure launches remain on schedule.
Collaborate with design teams on static images, GIFs, videos, and other creative assets.
Project Management & Internal Collaboration
Manage assigned projects and deadlines through Asana.
Participate in internal meetings with updates, priorities, and recommendations.
Stay organized across multiple campaigns, clients, and priorities.
Utilize SOPs, dashboards, documentation, and AI tools to improve execution and efficiency.
Experience
2–3 years of hands-on experience in paid media, PPC, or performance marketing.
Experience managing B2B paid media campaigns.
Experience managing LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
Experience managing significant paid media budgets.
Experience optimizing campaigns through bidding, pacing, budgeting, and performance analysis.
Experience using HubSpot and/or Salesforce reporting.
Experience connecting paid media performance to meetings, pipeline, and revenue.
Experience collaborating with creative and design teams.
Experience working in a client-facing agency or consultancy environment.
Experience with Bing Ads is preferred.
Skills
Strong understanding of paid media strategy, campaign optimization, bidding, pacing, and budget management.

Client meetings are organized, actionable, and well-prepared.
Internal tasks and client action items are completed on time.
The PPC Specialist successfully grows from supporting one major account to independently managing multiple client accounts.
