Job Description:
Honeydew is seeking a dedicated and experienced Dermatologist with a valid US license (must be able to practice in Florida) to join our remote care team. You’ll play a critical role in delivering virtual dermatology consultations, guiding patients on their skincare journeys, and providing expert advice to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
Through telemedicine, conduct video consultations and message with patients, including assessing, screening, diagnosing, and prescribing medication for patients as necessary
Work in close conjunction with other board-certified dermatologists and other members of the care team
Adhere to Honeydew guidelines and complete all required compliance and clinical training
Handle patient care by answering patient clinical questions, prescribing medication as appropriate, and providing medical guidance as necessary
Have the opportunity to provide clinical care for a variety of dermatology conditions, including acne, rosacea, and eczema
Requirements:
Active MD or DO license with the ability to practice in Florida
Board Certified in Dermatology
Minimum time commitment of 15 hrs per week (preferred) with availability during evenings and weekends
1+ years of experience in a dedicated dermatology practice
Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
Confidence in treating full-spectrum patients with dermatology needs, including experience prescribing a variety of medications such as tretinoin, oral antibiotics, spironolactone, and isotretinoin (accutane)
