Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) | Minnesota
Salary: $100,000–$110,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We’re looking for licensed mental health professionals to join our remote team. You’ll deliver therapy to Minnesota residents through telehealth, helping clients manage stress, depression, and other challenges while ensuring clear progress tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and ongoing evaluations remotely.
- Provide individual and family counseling online.
- Maintain client notes and treatment records.
- Adjust care plans based on progress.
- Engage in virtual team meetings and training.
Requirements
- Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads independently.
