Licensed Mental Health Therapist | Remote
Full-Time | Remote / Telehealth
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
We’re looking for a licensed mental health therapist to join our remote team serving clients throughout Kansas. The therapist in this position will provide ongoing counseling for adults dealing with concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and life changes.
The work is primarily client-facing, with time set aside for sessions, treatment planning, and clinical documentation. This is a good fit for someone who prefers a predictable weekday schedule and is comfortable managing their work independently.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct individual therapy sessions through telehealth
- Complete intakes and clinical assessments
- Develop treatment goals and update plans as needed
- Use appropriate therapeutic techniques based on client needs
- Discuss progress and adjust treatment when appropriate
- Complete session notes and other required documentation
- Make referrals when a client needs additional services
- Follow applicable clinical, ethical, and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Active Kansas license as an LCMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Previous clinical counseling or psychotherapy experience
- Experience with treatment planning and clinical documentation
- Ability to manage a scheduled caseload independently
