Job Summary
We’re hiring licensed therapists across California to provide mental health care through telehealth. In this virtual counseling role, you’ll support adults and families with stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other everyday challenges through structured, client-centered care. You’ll have a consistent weekday schedule, a stable caseload, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through each session.
Job Details
- Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Provide secure telehealth therapy to adults and families
- Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Use evidence-based approaches appropriate to each client’s needs
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology
- Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
- Two or more years of therapy experience
- Skilled at connecting with clients remotely
