Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Utah to join a structured telehealth practice serving clients throughout the state. This full-time opportunity is suited for a clinician who values a consistent weekday schedule, professional autonomy, and a collaborative care environment. The role focuses on delivering reliable, client-centered behavioral health support through secure virtual services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and determine appropriate treatment needs
- Provide ongoing individual therapy to an assigned caseload
- Develop, review, and update individualized treatment plans
- Monitor clinical progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
- Participate in clinical consultation, team meetings, and training
- Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Active Utah license as LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
- Solid understanding of outpatient treatment standards
- Comfortable providing services entirely via telehealth
