Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
This position supports licensed clinicians providing therapy services in a fully remote environment. You’ll work with a diverse caseload while focusing on treatment progress, documentation accuracy, and consistent client engagement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled therapy sessions via telehealth
- Complete intake assessments and progress notes
- Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust plans accordingly
- Maintain professional and ethical standards
- Engage in team check-ins as needed
Requirements
- Active LMFT, LPC, or LICSW license in West Virginia
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Experience managing a full clinical caseload
- Reliable internet and private workspace
