We are seeking a New Hampshire-licensed mental health therapist to provide virtual therapy services to clients through telehealth. This role involves conducting therapy sessions, understanding client concerns, establishing treatment goals, and providing ongoing clinical support from a remote setting.
The ideal candidate is a skilled clinician who can build strong therapeutic relationships, work independently, and deliver consistent care while maintaining professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with clients
- Evaluate client concerns and determine appropriate areas of clinical focus
- Develop treatment plans that align with client needs and goals
- Support clients navigating emotional challenges, stress, relationships, and life transitions
- Create a safe and supportive environment for clients to discuss personal concerns
- Maintain accurate clinical notes and complete documentation within required timelines
- Participate in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities
- Follow confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and New Hampshire licensing requirements
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active New Hampshire LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW license
- Experience providing mental health therapy services
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a remote caseload effectively
- Comfortable providing care through telehealth technology
