ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for someone who can help turn product vision, customer feedback, and roadmap priorities into clear, delivery-ready work packages for an AI-first product team.
This person should not be a traditional project manager who only tracks tasks. They need to understand product delivery, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, release management, documentation, and how to prepare work so that AI-assisted developers and QA resources can execute effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support product planning and sprint preparation.
- Convert product ideas into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Help maintain roadmap discipline.
- Coordinate sprint goals, release scope, and delivery status.
- Work with leadership, developers, QA, and customer-facing teams.
- Maintain delivery documentation.
- Prepare release notes and internal enablement material.
- Capture customer feedback and convert it into structured product inputs.
- Help ensure work is ready for AI-assisted development.
- Track delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Support weekly sprint cadence and release governance.
Requirements
- Product operations, product management, business analysis, or project delivery experience.
- Experience working with software development teams.
- Strong ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong organisational discipline.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Understanding of SaaS product delivery.
- Comfortable working in an AI-first environment.
Preferred experience
- CRM, BI, SaaS, or workflow product experience.
- Agile delivery.
- Jira or similar delivery tools.
- Product documentation.
- Release management.
- Customer feedback management.
- AI tools for requirements, documentation, planning, and QA preparation.
- Experience supporting early-stage product teams.
