Role Overview
A premier specialized talent consultancy operating across the US public accounting and legal markets is seeking a detail-oriented Data Researcher to power its market expansion. This role is central to the firm's growth strategy, driving the discovery and intelligence gathering of key corporate targets, decision-makers, and prospective talent. By transforming raw market data into structured CRM records, you will directly enable high-impact recruitment solutions across leading national and regional organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Company Discovery: Utilize advanced LinkedIn search parameters and Google search techniques to identify target firms within the US legal and public accounting sectors.
- CRM Data Integration: Log newly identified corporate entities into the internal CRM, ensuring strict alignment with standardized data formatting rules.
- Account & Contact Build-Out: Research and map out key client contacts and prospective candidates within target companies, completing full profiles (including full name, verified email address, location/zip code, job title, and industry segment).
- Data Enrichment Tools: Leverage B2B intelligence platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo) and specialized research software to enrich contact records and verify data accuracy.
- Lead Generation Support: Conduct LinkedIn and CRM research to surface qualified candidate leads, syncing data across email platforms and CRM tracking tools to fuel outreach campaigns.
- Performance Targets: Maintain consistent daily and weekly output to hit target activity metrics for database expansion.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in data research, web research, market intelligence, or administrative support.
- Familiarity with B2B research and data tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or email finder applications.
- Strong written communication skills with a sharp eye for detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend complex data requirements and apply logical criteria to research workflows.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a track record of meeting consistent activity and volume targets.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment software, sales CRMs, or database management systems.
- Understanding of or exposure to the US public accounting or legal corporate landscapes.
