We are seeking a dedicated and organized Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team at Pear Tree. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, has previous experience recruiting for UK-based clients, and can manage the recruitment process with minimal supervision.
A generalist recruitment background is preferred, along with strong candidate sourcing capabilities and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities independently from sourcing through candidate coordination.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using various recruitment channels.
- Work closely with UK-based clients and understand their hiring requirements.
- Handle multiple roles across different functions and industries.
- Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and clients.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably with experience supporting UK clients.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Generalist recruitment experience across different roles or industries.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate identification skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills.
- Comfortable working with UK-based clients and adapting to their recruitment processes.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, resourceful, and confident in recruitment delivery. You should be able to take ownership of vacancies, proactively source candidates, communicate effectively with clients, and move recruitment processes forward without requiring constant supervision.
