Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our offshore team. In this end-to-end recruitment role, you will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for warehouse and logistics positions while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes. You'll also manage candidate and client communications, maintain rosters, and provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone with recruitment experience or a strong background in administration and customer service who is confident communicating with candidates and managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Screening applicants for warehouse and logistics positions, including Pick Packers, Process Workers, Forklift Drivers, and Truck Drivers.
- Conducting candidate interviews via Microsoft Teams.
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding process, including reference checks, police checks, inductions, booking physical assessments with our consultants and all other compliance requirements.
- Answering incoming calls and assisting candidates with shift enquiries, work opportunities, and call-ins.
- Managing shared inboxes and communicating with clients regarding absenteeism, staffing requests, and other operational requirements.
- Updating and maintaining daily and weekly rosters, including roster changes as required.
- Providing afterhours support on weekends, public holidays and as rostered.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to follow processes.
- A compliance-focused mindset.
- Previous recruitment experience is highly regarded; however, we are happy to consider candidates who are willing to learn but have strong admin and customer service background.
- Confidence in making a high volume of outbound calls and speaking with candidates over the phone for screening for jobs.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, we have strict budgets and deadlines to meet.
- Must be amenable to work on rotational shifts.
