We are looking for a Manager – Amazon Analytics to drive data-led decision-making across business, risk, and credit-focused use cases. This role is ideal for an analytics professional who thrives at the intersection of advanced analytics, data engineering, and business insights, with hands-on expertise in credit and credit card analytics.
As a Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights, build scalable analytical solutions, and mentor junior analysts. You will play a critical role in extracting, aggregating, and analyzing large datasets to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, from problem definition to insight generation and recommendation delivery.
- Perform advanced analytics on large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design and execute data extraction and aggregation processes using SQL and SAS across multiple data sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau to support leadership and business teams.
- Drive analytics use cases related to credit cards, consumer credit, and risk analytics, including portfolio monitoring, performance tracking, and customer behavior analysis.
- Collaborate with product, risk, finance, and business teams to align analytics outcomes with organizational goals.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all analytical outputs.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, concise insights and present them to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide analysts, conducting reviews and ensuring high-quality analytical standards.
- Continuously improve analytical frameworks, methodologies, and automation for scalable insights delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and aggregation.
- Proficiency in SAS for advanced analytics, modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools for data visualization and dashboarding.
- Solid understanding of credit card analytics, consumer credit, or lending-related data.
- Strong foundation in advanced analytics, including segmentation, trend analysis, and performance metrics.
- Ability to work with large, structured datasets and deliver insights at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in financial services, fintech, banking, or credit-focused domains.
- Exposure to stakeholder management in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring junior analysts.
