Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients via live chat, email, and phone.
- Assist players with issues related to their gaming accounts, promotions, and technical challenges.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and provide feedback on service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay knowledgeable about the products and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the iGaming sector.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and support.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer support software preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new life experience.
