💻 Your Role
You'll support Dutch-speaking Dyson customers and help them get the most out of their products. No need to be a tech expert — full training is provided.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Handling customer enquiries via calls, messages and emails
- Helping with product questions, troubleshooting and usage
- Processing warranties, repairs and replacements
- Recommending products based on customer needs
- Making sure every customer receives a smooth and positive experience
- Working with an international team

Once you're settled in, you can work remotely from anywhere in Greece.
Your relocation starts in Athens or Thessaloniki, where you'll receive support getting settled before choosing where you'd like to live long-term.

Requirements
🔎 What We're Looking For
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail
- Customer-focused and comfortable communicating with people
- Calm and solution-oriented when things don't go to plan
- Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
