As a Customer Support Agent, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and offer guidance about our diverse range of gaming products. If you are enthusiastic, communicative, and dedicated to providing excellent service, we would love to welcome you to our team. We also offer a relocation package to make your transition to Malta smooth and hassle-free!
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to Finnish-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Educate customers about our gaming offerings to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain the highest standards of service.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback for service improvement.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service delivery skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Finnish and a good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new culture.
- A genuine interest in gaming and familiarity with the iGaming industry is beneficial.
