Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Polish through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Guide customers through our products and services, ensuring they have an outstanding experience.
- Collaborate with different teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system for reporting and follow-up.
- Proactively suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
- Participate in team initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and working proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a customer-focused mindset.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and fully immerse in a new culture.
