As a Customer Support Agent, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional service to our Slovakian-speaking customers. We are committed to ensuring a seamless relocation experience, with fully paid relocation assistance to help you transition to your new home in sunny Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer support via live chat, email, and phone to our Slovakian-speaking clientele.
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and handle complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Guide customers through our platform and services, enhancing their overall experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain service quality and meet performance targets.
- Accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback in the support system.
- Continuously improve your knowledge of our products through ongoing training and workshops.
Requirements
- Fluent in Slovakian and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle.
- A genuine interest in gaming and understanding of the iGaming industry is a valuable advantage.
