Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through live chat, email, and phone to our Slovenian-speaking clientele.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Guide customers in using our platform effectively, contributing to their overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with your teammates to achieve service targets and uphold quality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately within our systems for effective follow-up.
- Engage in continuous training to enhance your knowledge of our offerings and improve service skills.
Requirements
- Fluent in Slovenian and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related position is preferred.
- Exemplary communication skills with a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service quality.
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is desirable.
