Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is:
This organization offers small-group and one-to-one maths tutoring for upper primary and secondary students, focusing on strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills. Led by an experienced education professional, the program has operated for several years and continues to grow through targeted marketing and positive family referrals.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a junior–mid level Organic Content & Onboarding Coordinator with a strong creative eye, excellent attention to detail, good communication, initiative and follow-through.
The primary focus is hands-on organic content production. The founder will provide educational expertise, key messaging, ideas and raw source material. You will turn these into polished, engaging and publish-ready short-form content while helping develop a consistent and repeatable content-production system.
The secondary focus is managing established CRM and onboarding processes to ensure leads and new families are followed up correctly and nothing is left without a clear next action.
Technical CRM development, paid advertising strategy and advanced long-form video production are handled by external specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
Organic Content & Production
- Turn raw founder recordings, ideas and educational material into strong short-form organic content.
- Apply creative judgement across hooks, editing, pacing, flow, captions, B-roll, graphics and overall presentation.
- Maintain the content calendar and keep production moving consistently.
- Schedule and publish approved content across relevant platforms.
- Use AI, editing and digital tools to improve quality and production efficiency.
- Help develop a repeatable MTP content style and production workflow.
- Review basic content performance and use learnings to improve future posts.
- Coordinate longer-form videos with specialist editors where required and review drafts for quality and consistency.
Client Onboarding & CRM
- Complete defined daily CRM reviews and maintain accurate stages, notes, tasks and next actions.
- Follow established processes for lead follow-up and client onboarding.
- Proactively follow up with stalled leads and incomplete onboarding steps.
- Conduct required calls and communications with prospective and newly enrolled families.
- Keep records accurate and flag issues or bottlenecks requiring attention.
Specialist Coordination
- Coordinate with external specialists supporting Meta advertising, CRM development and longer-form video production.
- Provide required information, briefs and feedback and follow up on agreed deliverables.
- Escalate strategic or technical decisions to the founder where required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hands-on experience creating and editing strong short-form social content.
- Strong artistic/creative eye and excellent attention to detail.
- Good judgement around hooks, visual presentation, pacing, flow and communication.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organisation, reliability and follow-through.
- Comfortable communicating with prospective and existing clients.
- Proactive and able to work independently without constant supervision.
- Comfortable using AI and modern content-production tools.
- Experience with CRM, client onboarding or lead management is preferred, but the MTP processes can be trained.
- Comfortable working with external freelancers, editors and specialists.
There is no required editing platform. Experience with CapCut, Adobe, Canva, AI video tools or similar platforms is welcome. We are interested in the quality of your work, creative judgement and ability to help develop an efficient system that can be used consistently over time.
Expect to complete a practical content-production assessment as part of the selection process.
Desirable: Experience with social media/content production, video coordination, Canva/CapCut, or CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
Work Arrangement & Expectations:
This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to:
- Be available for meetings and collaboration during core [AEST or PHT] business hours
- Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
- Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
