Who We Are:

  • Issue purchase orders (POs) in line with approved budgets
  • Track and reconcile costs against budgets throughout the build cycle
  • Liaise with site supervisors and the internal team as needed to clarify scope or resolve variations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the estimating system
  • Flag any cost overruns, scope changes, or procurement issues to the relevant stakeholder
  • Check invoices against budgets and determine outcomes for discrepancies

  • Familiarity with the end-to-end production estimating process including RFQs, budget preparation, and purchase order management
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple active jobs simultaneously
  • Confidence working independently in a remote environment with structured oversight
  • Experience using construction estimating and project management software
  • A stable home office setup with reliable internet

Tools Proficiency:

  • Experience using Sitebook for site documentation, inspections, and project compliance tracking
  • Proficient in Bluebeam Revu for PDF markup, plan review, and quantity takeoffs
  • Comfortable using Trello to manage tasks and track project workflows
  • Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management and cost tracking

  • Full time equivalent (approximately 36–40 hours per week).
