The listing
SAPSOL Technologies is seeking a motivated and results-driven Admission Counselor to support enrollments for our SAP Training and Project Experience Programs. These programs help SAP learners and professionals strengthen their functional or technical knowledge, gain structured hands-on project exposure, work with implementation documents and business scenarios, and prepare more effectively for SAP career opportunities.
The counselor will speak with prospective participants from Canada, the United States, India, and other locations, understand their SAP background and career goals, explain the most appropriate program, and guide qualified candidates through consultation and enrollment. This is a consultative educational-sales role that requires honest program communication, disciplined follow-up, and consistent target achievement.
Because many prospective candidates are located in North America, the successful applicant must be comfortable working a night shift from India aligned with Toronto business hours. The exact schedule will be confirmed during the interview and may change with Canadian daylight-saving time.
Programs You Will Represent
· SAP module training led by experienced instructors, with structured learning and SAP system practice where included in the selected program.
· SAP Project Experience Program featuring realistic implementation activities, project documentation, business-process understanding, testing, UAT exposure, and interview preparation.
· Combined training and project pathways for candidates who need both foundational learning and practical project exposure.
· Career-support services connected to program completion and internal performance requirements; candidates must never be promised guaranteed employment or placement.
Key Responsibilities
· Contact leads received through Facebook, Instagram, websites, referrals, email campaigns, WhatsApp, and other approved channels.
· Conduct consultation calls by phone or video to understand the candidate’s SAP module, certification or training status, work experience, location, work authorization, career gap, and employment goals.
· Explain program structure, duration, delivery method, SAP system access where applicable, project activities, documentation, fees, payment schedules, attendance expectations, and career-support process.
· Recommend the appropriate training-only, project-experience, or combined pathway based on the candidate’s genuine readiness and needs.
· Clarify that the project is a simulated learning experience and that employment, interviews, certification, or placement outcomes are not guaranteed.
· Follow up consistently with interested candidates, address reasonable objections, and guide qualified applicants through registration and payment steps.
· Maintain complete and accurate notes, lead stages, follow-up dates, consultation outcomes, and enrollment status in the CRM and tracking sheets.
· Coordinate enrolled candidates with training, project, finance, and program-coordination teams for a smooth handoff.
· Meet agreed activity, consultation, follow-up, conversion, and monthly enrollment targets without using misleading or high-pressure sales practices.
Required Qualifications
· Diploma or post-secondary qualification required; a bachelor’s or master’s degree is an asset.
· At least 2 years of experience in educational sales, admissions counseling, business development, recruitment, customer acquisition, or another target-driven consultative sales role.
· Strong outbound-calling, lead-qualification, relationship-building, objection-handling, follow-up, and closing skills.
· Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to explain technical career programs in clear, simple language.
· Working knowledge of CRM platforms, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, email, WhatsApp, and video-meeting tools.
· Strong organization, active listening, time management, professional judgment, and accurate recordkeeping.
· Reliable internet, laptop, headset, quiet workspace, and availability for the required night shift.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience selling SAP, IT, ERP, software, certification, career-development, or professional-training programs.
· Basic awareness of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, SuccessFactors, Basis, PP, PM, ABAP, or related areas.
· Experience serving Canadian or U.S. customers and working across time zones.
· Experience converting Facebook or other digital-marketing leads and working with LeadSquared or a similar CRM.
· A documented history of meeting enrollment, referral, revenue, or lead-conversion goals.
Performance Measures
· Response time to new leads and percentage of leads contacted.
· Number of completed consultations and qualified opportunities.
· Follow-up completion, CRM accuracy, and lead-pipeline quality.
· Consultation-to-enrollment conversion rate and monthly enrollment achievement.
· Communication quality, compliance with program representations, and candidate handoff quality.

· Remote work opportunity with exposure to international SAP career markets.
· Competitive compensation based on relevant experience and agreed performance expectations.
· Training on SAP program offerings, candidate qualification, consultation standards, and internal processes.
· Professional-development opportunities in educational sales, SAP career pathways, and international lead management.
