The listing
As an interpreter, your major responsibility is to enable communication between persons speaking different languages. In your example of a live 911 call, your primary task would be to properly translate the dialogue between the caller (native language)and the emergency operator (English). Your role is to deliver the message in the caller's preferred language and ensure that both parties understand each other.
Requirements
- Fluent in English language (Read, Speak and Write)
- Fluent in Tagalog (Read, Speak and Write)
- Entry Level, No qualification needed, only good language speaking skill
- Must be willing to work rotating shift for 9 hours anytime following the required schedule by the client within 24 hours (Night Shift)
- Own a mobile phone with IOS 15 and above or Android 12 and above
- Own a laptop
- Entitled to 2 days off in a week (rotates any day)
- Willing to work on public holiday (24/7 operation)
