The listing
We are seeking a Cambodian to provide real-time, accurate, and confidential interpretation between English and Khmer speakers. This role supports a wide range of live phone interactions, including:
- General customer inquiries
- Healthcare, insurance & government-related calls
- Utilities & financial services
- Travel and transportation
- Emergency and high-priority situations (e.g., 911 calls)
This is a remote role, requiring a professional home environment conducive to uninterrupted communication.
- 8 hours per day + 1-hour break
- 40 hours per week
- Night shift
- Start times between 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Shift rotation every 3 months
- Two rotating off-days weekly
- Availability to work on public holidays (24/7 operations)
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Khmer (verbal and written)
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to work rotational night shifts
- Dedicated, quiet, and secure home workspace
- Based in Malaysia
- Possess a smartphone (Android 12+ / iOS 15+) or a laptop with the latest OS

- RM30 per hour
