Job Opening: Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: South Africa, Remote (US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed quality assurance audits across clinical and operational processes
- Review documentation, reports, and case materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards
- Utilize QA audit tools and platforms (including CentralReach and Rethink) to evaluate performance and identify gaps
- Interpret and apply healthcare regulations and standards across varying scenarios and cases
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Analyze data using Excel and other tools to track trends, identify risks, and support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality standards
- Develop and refine QA processes, frameworks, and documentation
- Translate complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders
- Manage multiple audits and projects simultaneously using project management tools
Requirements
- Proven experience in a QA, compliance, or audit-focused role (preferably within healthcare or ABA environments)
- Proficiency in CentralReach, Rethink, Microsoft Office, and Excel
- Experience with QA audit tools and project management platforms
- Strong understanding of healthcare standards and ability to independently research and apply them
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify nuanced issues in audits and reviews
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex information across different scenarios
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts clearly and effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
