Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO setting; background in towing and roadside assistance is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
- Proficient in using computers, VoIP systems, and web-based tools.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Must have a functional PC or laptop with an updated operating system and a working headset.
