We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the client's business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in grant research, grant writing, lead generation, and executive support who thrives in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify grant funding opportunities that align with client objectives.
- Assist with drafting, editing, and preparing grant proposals and supporting documentation.
- Conduct lead generation and business development research.
- Track grant opportunities, deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements.
- Provide executive and administrative support to the client.
- Maintain organized records, databases, and documentation.
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in grant research and grant writing.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Experience supporting nonprofit organizations is an advantage.
