- High attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
- Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and other financial systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and confidential financial records.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the on-site team.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification or equivalent is an advantage.
