Required skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 1–2 years at Senior level
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
Business Analysis Skills:
- Ability to work with business, stakeholder, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Experience conducting BA Discovery and writing BRD / Vision & Scope
- Strong knowledge of requirements documentation techniques
- Requirements modeling skills using BPMN and/or UML
- Requirements management and facilitation skills
System Analysis Skills:
- Participation in architectural discussions with architects and developers
- Impact analysis of changes across system components
- Understanding of system constraints
- Ability to write and analyze SQL queries
- Experience describing and documenting REST APIs
Nice to Have
- Higher technical education
- Experience in the iGaming domain
- Experience working with multiple teams simultaneously
- Fluent Russian
Requirements
- Gather, analyze, document, validate, verify, and manage requirements
- Drive end-to-end solution design from business objectives to implementation and support
- Create and maintain BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Development, QA, and Design teams
- Participate in discovery, refinement, planning, and grooming sessions
- Support the development team throughout the entire SDLC
- Ensure completeness and quality of requirements, manage changes
- Identify and mitigate requirement-related risks
- Contribute to improvement of BA processes, standards, and methodologies
