Who You Are
You are a high-agency operator with deep experience in AI/tech services and ops. You translate strategy into quantified OKRs/KPIs and consistently deliver. You have deep experience in SaaS sales, shipped RevOps and service-management programs, understand DORA/Accelerate metrics, are fluent in security & compliance (SOC 2/ISO 27001/NIST CSF), and design interoperable, shared services across brands. You communicate crisply at the executive table and dive deep with operators when required.
Responsibilities:
• Run the company operating cadence (OKRs, QBRs, MBRs), dashboards, variance management and reporting.
• Build and own the RevOps stack (CRM → Marketing Ops → Success/Support → Billing & Collections) and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Implement fit-for-purpose ITIL 4-lite practices (Incident, Change, Problem management, SLAs) and institutionalize DORA/Accelerate metrics.
• Lead security & compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and vendor risk/commercial strategy.
• Ensure every new funnel, program or product integrates cleanly into our architecture (intake → design → test → launch → hypercare) and build a high-performing operations org (RevOps, ServiceOps, Data, Automation).
Requirements
Must-have qualifications:
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in operations, RevOps, or technical program leadership in AI/tech services or SaaS environments, with proven outcomes.
• Direct experience building RevOps stacks, service-management practices, and measurable OKR frameworks.
• Fluency in security & compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and vendor risk management; strong executive communication.
• Advanced Experience using GHL (GoHighLevel) CRM.
Nice-to-have:
• Experience with DORA/Accelerate metrics and partnering with Product/Engineering to improve flow.
• Prior leadership building cross-brand shared services, platform consolidation, or long-form program launches.
Benefits
Compensation & performance bonuses:
Base Salary: USD $1,000–$1,500 per month (experience-based).
Performance incentives: Per project/ brand/ funnel
Equity / long-term incentive plan negotiable for the right candidate.
Payment & contractor terms:
Independent Contractor status only. Payment in USD via bank direct deposit. Invoicing monthly. No employee benefits; paid time off available for strong performance and exceeding KPIs.
