What you’ll do

  • Travel across Munich to meet customers at their location
  • Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs
  • Use Cowboy’s diagnostics tools to identify issues
  • Deliver a seamless, friendly, and efficient repair experience
  • Represent Cowboy as the face of the brand in the city
  • Follow up if needed to ensure the rider is back on the road

What we’re looking for

  • You live in or near Munich
  • You enjoy working with your hands and solving technical problems
  • You’re customer-oriented, communicative, and reliable
  • Passion for bikes, e-mobility, or tech is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working independently and on the move
  • No prior experience required — training is provided

Requirements

  • Freelance / self-employed status
  • Languages: German  + English
