We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a complex IT migration project and coordinate collaboration between business and technical teams. In this role, you will ensure effective stakeholder alignment, drive project delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and support successful implementation in a dynamic international environment.
You will
- Lead a complex IT migration project from the IT perspective, ensuring successful delivery and alignment across business and technical teams.
- Coordinate and align cross-functional stakeholders, including local and global teams, to drive project objectives and milestones.
- Manage project governance, including status reporting, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive updates.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and decision-making sessions.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams throughout the project lifecycle, supporting solution implementation and delivery.
- Monitor project progress using project management tools, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective backlog tracking.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and roadblocks to minimize impact on delivery timelines.
- Drive effective communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful project execution and adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional IT and business projects, ideally involving system implementations, migrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business, IT, local, and global teams.
- Solid knowledge of IT project delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and other project management tools for backlog management, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
- Strong project governance and reporting skills, including risk management, dependency tracking, milestone planning, and executive reporting.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience leading project meetings and workshops.
- Ability to manage cross-team dependencies and align multiple stakeholders toward common goals.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to deliver in fast-paced environments.
- Commercial mindset combined with technical understanding to translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM platforms, commercial systems, customer or partner management solutions, or sales/distributor engagement tools.
- Experience working in multinational organizations and collaborating with global delivery teams.
