Sperasoft is hiring a Material Artist for stylized project for creating high-quality materials and textures.
If you are passionate about materials creation, creating visually stunning assets and capable of understanding and following technical requirements and pipelines, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Produce outstanding materials using Substance Designer
- Work with the Lead and Art Director to ensure that materials match Art Direction, style, setting and target quality
- Work closely with Level Artists to make materials that will be convenient for them to use.
- Maintain integrity and uniformity of material library.
- Setup materials in the engine and ensure they work correct and blend properly.

Sperasoft poszukuje Artysty ds. Materiałów i Tekstur, którego zadaniem będzie tworzenie wysokiej jakości materiałów oraz tekstur. Jeśli Twoją pasją jest tworzenie materiałów i atrakcyjnych wizualnie obiektów, a także rozumiesz i przestrzegasz wymagań technicznych oraz procesów produkcyjnych, jest to idealna okazja dla Ciebie.
Zakres obowiązków:
- Tworzenie wyjątkowych materiałów przy użyciu programu Substance Designer
- Współpraca z liderem zespołu oraz Dyrektorem Artystycznym w celu zapewnienia spójności materiałów z kierunkiem artystycznym, stylem, realiami świata gry i docelową jakością
- Ścisła współpraca z Artystami Lokacji w celu tworzenia materiałów, które będą dla nich wygodne w użyciu
- Dbanie o spójność i porządek w bibliotece materiałów
- Konfiguracja materiałów w silniku oraz dbanie o ich prawidłowe działanie i właściwe mieszanie
Requirements

- Deep & highly proficient knowledge of Substance Designer
- Knowledge of PBR and physically based material standards
- High proficiency with Maya or similar
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Good eye for appropriate stylization and detail
- At least one shipped title within the industry

- Bardzo dobra i zaawansowana znajomość programu Substance Designer
- Znajomość standardów fizycznego renderowania materiałów i zasad PBR
- Biegłość w obsłudze programu Maya lub pokrewnego
- Rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne i mentorskie
- Dobre wyczucie odpowiedniej stylizacji oraz estetyki
- Udział w wydaniu przynajmniej jednego tytułu w branży gier
