Your Role

As a JavaScript Developer (React.js), you will:

Requirements

What You'll Bring to the Table

Primary Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience with Vanilla JavaScript fundamentals.
  • 2+ years of professional experience with React.js.
  • Strong understanding of React concepts such as functional components, hooks, state management, context, and lifecycle methods.
  • Experience with ES6+, HTML, CSS, and Redux (or similar state management libraries).
  • Experience integrating REST-based third-party APIs.
  • Familiarity with browser testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and clarify requirements independently.
  • High attention to detail and strong visualization of UI/UX.
  • Experience with code refactoring, optimization, and peer code reviews.
  • Working knowledge of Webpack and Babel.
  • Minimum 80% marks in both 10th and 12th standard.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience using Google Lighthouse and PageSpeed Insights to improve frontend performance.
  • Understanding of frontend build and deployment using Gulp.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for web applications.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Next.js and server-side rendering concepts.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience working with asynchronous or distributed teams.
  • Prior experience mentoring junior developers.
