- Support corporate governance activities across EXUS Group entities.
- Support the implementation of GDPR and data protection requirements across EXUS Group entities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal advisors on contractual, employment, corporate, customer, supplier, and jurisdiction-specific matters.
- Review internal policies and procedures and provide legal guidance on compliance and operational requirements.
