The Role
As a Junior Schedules Specialist you will support the Schedules Operations team in
maintaining accurate, timely, and high-quality schedule data. This role requires
strong attention to detail, the ability to work with structured data, and close
collaboration with internal stakeholders (Schedules Specialists, Ingest Specialists,
Tech Editors,Delivery team) to ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Process and update daily schedule metadata with high accuracy
- Coordinate with ingest and editorial teams to ensure smooth handovers
- Identify and debug discrepancies or missing data
- Support ingest team workflows during high-volume periods
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in scheduling processes and tools
Requirements
You'll thrive in this role if you show:
- Are located in Mexico
- A University degree in a relevant area, e.g. Business, Media, or Data
- Experience in metadata, content operations, data management, or editorial production in a B2B tech or media environment
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach to data
- High level of ownership and accountability in a remote-first, fast-paced, international environment
- Great collaborative skills that make others love working with you
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where no day is the same
- Exceptional written and spoken English

Benefits
Collaboration based on a freelancer(contractor) set-up is up to $500/per month based on experience on a full-time allocation basis (40 hours per week).
