We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist professional that will be responsible for managing and administering the company’s employee benefits, wellbeing programs, and compensation-related requests. This role ensures that benefits and compensation programs are competitive, compliant, efficiently administered, and aligned with business needs
Responsibilities
- Manage employee enrollment, changes, and terminations in benefit plans, ensuring accurate setup during onboarding, job changes, and offboarding.
- Act as the operational owner of assigned benefit programs, coordinating with external vendors, brokers, and service providers.
- Process benefits and compensation-related requests through internal systems, validating documentation and ensuring timely, accurate resolution.
- Maintain accurate benefits and Total Rewards data in HRIS, performing regular audits to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Monitor benefit utilization and participation, prepare reports, and support market benchmarking and competitive analysis.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing clear guidance on benefits, eligibility, and policies.
- Conduct market research, analyze labor laws, and review statutory benefits requirements in new markets to ensure compliance and effective program design.
- Develop benefits packages with clear eligibility rules and administration guidelines, and support the smooth implementation and launch of programs
Requirements
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience with compensation and benefits administration, including employee benefits enrollment and reimbursement processes
- Familiarity with HR systems such as HRIS and ticketing systems (Jira or similar) would be a plus
- Ability to manage and maintain employee data accurately; basic reporting skills using Excel (e.g., spreadsheets, formulas, data checks)
- Experience coordinating with external vendors, brokers, or third-party benefit providers under supervision
- High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for employee-facing support
- Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and work effectively in a high-volume, operational environment

Compensation & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing the design, administration, and execution of compensation programs inside our company, including salaries, bonuses, pay structures, and grading frameworks. This role ensures that compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business strategy, while maintaining internal fairness and compliance.
Requirements hard skills
- Advanced Excel and data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, modeling).
- HRIS and compensation system proficiency
- Strong understanding of compensation methodologies (grading, job evaluation, pay structures).
- Knowledge of labor law, compliance, and pay equity standards.
- Market benchmarking and survey analytics expertise (Mercer, Korn Ferry, etc.).

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular market salary benchmarking using external survey data to assess competitiveness of compensation levels.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously update job grading frameworks and salary ranges aligned with market trends and internal strategy.
- Analyze differences between internal compensation and market benchmarks, and provide data-driven recommendations for salary adjustments.
- Manage the annual salary review process, including data preparation, validation, and alignment with approved compensation budgets.
- Perform job evaluations using established methodologies and ensure consistency with job descriptions and competency frameworks.
- Ensure internal pay equity and compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal compensation policies and governance standards.
- Manage bonus and incentive programs by overseeing calculations, validations, approvals, and timely payout processes.
- Prepare compensation analytics, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making by leadership, HR, and business stakeholders.
