We are seeking a talented Product Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of our Product Department. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier product talent (Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Analysts, Product Designers, Product Marketing Managers) who will shape the future of our trading platforms.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key Product Department roles (Product Manager, Product Analyst, Product Designer, Product Risk Manager)
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber passive candidates through direct search and talent mapping
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers (CPO, Head of Product, Risk Leads) to define role requirements, establish evaluation criteria, and streamline hiring pipelines
- Manage the recruitment process from initial talent mapping and outreach to offer negotiations and successful onboarding
- Focus on an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring fast, structured, and effective communication throughout every stage
- Keep a pulse on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive dynamics within Fintech and Trading domains
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience in hiring for non-tech roles (e.g., Product Managers, Product Analysts, Product Designers, Risk/Fintech roles)
- Experience of conducting competency-based interviews
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume recruiting cycles
- Strong knowledge of common human resources practices
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including Upper - Intermediate English
- Ability to jump between high-level strategy and tactical execution
- High attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and scheduling
- Experience in working with an international organization with competing priorities
